Club Information
The club's field is located 1 1/2 miles southeast of the town of Cannon City, Minnesota, or approximately 2 1/2 miles east of Faribault, Minnesota.
Our club's interests cover the whole range of Radio-Control possibilities from beginner trainer aircraft to quarter-scale and helicopter aircraft. Whether you are a seasoned flyer or simply interested in getting into this exciting hobby, we encourage you to contact one of the club officers for more details and information about the club. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FLY THESE MODELS WITHOUT AN INSTRUCTOR.
For those of you getting started, we are happy to provide free instruction and assistance in equipment selection, building problems and training in flying your model. Also, we are available and very happy to put on demonstrations for your school, church, organization or community.
Established in 1981, Rice County Radio Control Flyers has approximately 40 active members. The club is incorporated with the State of Minnesota and is chartered with the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA 1785).
